The Torth Empire is an epic series aimed at a science fiction/fantasy/young adult audience. The first four books are complete, beginning with City of Slaves.

- Current Status: I need to revise Eden before submitting it to contests, slush piles, and agents.

Short Story PUBLICATIONS
- "A Taste of Time" will appear in the award-winning podcast e-zine, Escape Pod, in 2011.
It was originally published in Deep Magic #24, May 2004. Rejections: 0!!!
- "Post-American Princess" was purchased by Dark Recesses,
and should appear there sometime in 2011 ... Rejections: 19
- "Shirley Knott" is featured in
AlienSkin Magazine, 2008. Rejections: 8
- "Father's Footsteps" is set in my Torth universe, and was podcast on
Well Told Tales in 2008. Rejections: 4
- "Lightbringer's Class" is set in my Torth universe, and won
Honorable Mention in the Writers of the Future Contest for 2007. It was originally featured in
Shining Waters Fantasy Literature, February 2003. Rejections: 2
- "The Aeon Project" won 2nd place in the CONduit
2005 short story contest. Rejections: 2
- "Leveling Mountains" was featured in March 2005 of
Aiofe's Kiss, and voted into the sixth
Wondrous Web Worlds anthology. Rejections: 1
- "Sunrise" was featured in
Cyberpulp Magazine, Issue #1, June 2004.
It can be purchased from Fictionwise or
the PDA Bookstore. Rejections: 2
- "The Blur" was
published in Twilight Times, Summer 2004. Rejections: 4
- "Decrepit" was the 90-word daily story of April 29, 2004 in
Flashshot. Rejections: 1
- "Fiction" was featured in Neverary.com (now defunct), October 2003.
